Shipping policy

1. Delivery Methods and Shipping Areas

We offer several delivery options depending on the destination and the total value of your order:

  • Local Delivery & Click & Collect (Corsica): Free for all orders within Corsica.

  • Chronopost Relay (Mainland France): Free for all orders.

  • Chronopost Express (France & EU): Free for orders over €300; variable fees apply for lower amounts.

  • DHL:

    • France: Free shipping for orders over €600, otherwise €9.90.

    • European Union: Free shipping for orders over €600, otherwise €14.90.

    • Rest of the world: Free shipping for orders over €500, otherwise €19.90.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking information will become active within 1 to 2 hours depending on the carrier.
For deliveries in Corsica, tracking is not available due to the use of a local delivery service. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days.

3. Receiving and Inspecting Your Package

We strongly recommend checking the condition of your package before accepting it: ensure that the tape, label, and packaging are intact and standard (reference photos available).
In case of damage, tampering, or irregularities, please refuse the package and contact our customer service immediately to initiate a claim.

4. Responsibility

Once a parcel is accepted, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer. Claims regarding damaged or stolen packages after delivery must be submitted promptly and are subject to specific conditions (see Terms & Conditions).

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Tips for a Smooth Delivery

  • If possible, open the package in front of the delivery person and check both external and internal condition.

  • Keep proof of delivery and take photos of the packaging in case of any issues.
