Then finalize your order by confirming the transaction on the blockchain via your usual cryptocurrency wallet, at the guaranteed rate.

Currencies and security

To ensure perfect stability during your purchases, the exchange rate is locked and guaranteed for 25 minutes by our partner Triple-A, thus eliminating any risk of volatility during the validation of your order.

We currently accept three of the most used cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

The conversion rate is calculated based on the total amount of your cart in euros. If your cart is displayed in another currency, an automatic conversion will be performed, and the final amount will be clearly indicated on our partner's payment page.

How to pay with cryptocurrencies?

Here are the steps to follow to place an order with cryptocurrencies:

  1. Add your items to your cart.
  2. Proceed to payment and select the cryptocurrency payment method.
  3. Confirm the details of your order, then click Pay now.
  4. On our provider's payment page Triple-A, select the cryptocurrency of your choice and confirm the final amount.
  5. Network fees may apply. No Triple-A account is required to pay with cryptocurrencies, however, identity verification is possible.
  6. Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address and the displayed amount, then send the cryptocurrency from your own wallet.
  7. Finalize your payment within 25 minutes to benefit from the guaranteed exchange rate.

The rate provided by Triple-A is valid only for 25 minutes; a new payment request should be generated.

Once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the status of your order will be updated on the confirmation page.

Confirmation is generally quick but can sometimes take longer than a traditional payment.

What happens if I send the wrong amount?
  • Insufficient payment:
    If the amount sent is insufficient, you will be immediately notified and can send the necessary additional amount to finalize your order.
  • Payment exceeding the required amount:
    Your order will be considered paid.
    Our payment provider will contact us and a refund will be automatically initiated.
    Once the refund is initiated, Triple-A will email you with instructions on how to recover the funds.
Refunds in cryptocurrencies

Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email from our cryptocurrency payment provider, Triple-A, containing a secure link to claim your refund.

Through this link, you will be redirected to a form where you will be asked to provide your crypto wallet address.

The refund will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of the refund, and will cover the amount of the returned item.

Due to fluctuations in the value of cryptocurrencies, the number of refunded tokens may differ from the number of tokens originally paid.

Once the refund is correctly validated by you, the funds should be credited to your wallet on the same business day, depending on the level of congestion on the blockchain.

What happens if I send cryptocurrencies to the wrong address or on the wrong network?

Your funds will be permanently lost if you send cryptocurrencies to a wrong address or by using an incorrect network.

To mitigate this risk, please scan the QR code with your wallet and ensure you are using the network indicated on the payment form.

Before any sending or receiving of cryptocurrencies, double-check the address, cryptocurrency, amount, and network.

Also, make sure to check the characters at the beginning and end of the address: they must exactly match the destination or reception address.

In case of errors in the information used for the payment (wallet address, network, etc.), neither myCompañero nor our partner Triple-A can be held responsible.

Since cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, the funds sent cannot be recovered.
