Return an Item


1. Return Period

You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to make a return request.


2. General Conditions

  • Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with their tags.
    The hosiery and underwear must be returned unworn and in their original unopened packaging if possible.
    Shoes and accessories must be returned in the original brand box and inside the parcel.
  • The original box and dust bag must be intact and not used as packaging for the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product does not meet these conditions.

3. Return Fees

Returns from Corsica are free.
For other destinations, you have two options:

  • Option 1 – Return via myCompañero:
    myCompañero provides you with the return label, and the return fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Option 2 – Return on your own:
    You choose to ship the return using the carrier of your choice to the following address: Boutique Compañero

4. Submit Your Return Request


You can submit your return request directly from your personal space on our site.

5. Prepare Your Return


We recommend using the myCompañero box used for delivery (see Shipping section). If that is not possible, please use a sturdy box and ensure the package is well secured (e.g. tape).

  • Carefully pack the item with all its accessories (box, dust bag, card, etc.).
  • If you are using our label, attach it to the parcel (without damaging the product packaging).
  • If you are returning on your own, make sure to choose a reliable carrier with tracking.
  • Once the parcel is shipped, keep the proof of deposit until confirmation of the refund.


6. Defective Item Received or Order Error


If the item you received is damaged or if there was an error in your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mycompanero.com.
Please include in your message:

  • One or more photos of the relevant product,
  • A photo of the shipping label,
  • The order number.
    We will respond quickly with an appropriate solution.

7. Refund

Once your parcel is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.
The processing may take 5 to 10 business days after the parcel is received. Timelines may vary depending on the payment method and the banking institution.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
