Refund policy

At myCompañero.com, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if an item does not meet your expectations, here are the conditions for returns and refunds.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return one or more items.

Refund eligibility conditions


To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact.
  • Be returned in their original packaging (box, dust bag, etc.) in perfect condition.
  • Not have been used or altered in any way.
  • Shoe boxes or other product packaging must not be used as shipping boxes.
  • Any returned item not meeting these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

 

Return shipping costs

You have two options:

Return with prepaid label provided by myCompañero:
Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount (same as original shipping costs).

Return at your own expense (carrier of your choice):
You are responsible for shipping fees.

Return process


You can request a return directly from your personal account on our website. You’ll be guided step by step to select the item, choose the reason for return, and complete your request.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions via email, with or without a prepaid label depending on the chosen option.

Defective product or order error


If you discover a defect or an error in your order, please contact our customer service at contact@mycompanero.com.
Please include with your message:

  • One or more photos of the product concerned,
  • A photo of the shipping label,
  • Your order number.

We will get back to you promptly with an appropriate solution (refund, exchange, or replacement).

Refund timeframe


Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges at present. If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order after the refund.
