How do I log into my customer account ?

To log into your customer account :  

  1. Click on the icon shaped like a person in the top right-hand corner of the menu
  2. Enter your email in the required field
  3. Enter your 6-digit verification code 

We use a one-time 6-digit verification code instead of a traditional password. This code is sent directly to your email each time you attempt to log in. Simply enter this code when prompted to securely access your account. This method enhances security while making the login process simpler and more convenient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request changes.

How long will it take to receive my order and how can I track it?

Once your order is confirmed, we'll dispatch it within 2 business days. The delivery timeframe depends on your location, typically ranging from 1 to 7 business days. 

We'll provide you with tracking information and an estimated delivery date via email, so you can monitor your order's progress. 

Additionally, you can track your order by visiting the Orders section in your customer account.

Your order is split into three equal payments:

1st payment: at the time of purchase

2nd payment: 30 days later

3rd payment: 60 days later

Where can I download the invoice for my order?

The invoice is automatically generated once your order is confirmed. It is immediately available in your customer account.

Log into your account and go to the "Orders" section. Select the relevant order. Under the summary, a "Download Invoice" button will be available.

Does the invoice include VAT?

For deliveries outside the European Union, the invoice is issued without VAT. Import duties and taxes are collected separately by our carrier (DHL) upon delivery.

Are there shipping fees for orders?

The cost of home delivery varies based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. However, we are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over €300. Additionally, delivery to Pickup Points in France is free with no minimum purchase. For orders below these amounts, the home delivery fee will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to see the exact cost before finalizing your purchase.

Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are shipped from France, where our company is based. We handle order preparation and shipping directly from our boutiques, in partnership with our logistics partner, DHL.
