The Chanavey black ski jacket is signed by Moncler Grenoble. It is aimed at women and belongs to the Autumn-Winter 2026 collection. Made of polyester, it features 2-layer mechanical Dermizax® fabric, guaranteed water-repellent.

Its straight cut is suitable for skiing as well as urban use. The high collar protects the nape from wind and snow. The long sleeves cover the wrists with elastic edges. The main closure consists of a double-slider zip, allowing the jacket to be opened from the top or bottom as needed for mobility. An adjustable hood completes the head protection and adapts to each person's morphology.

The Moncler Grenoble felt logo appears on the jacket, indicating the piece’s origin. Inside, PrimaLoft® Active Insulation thermal protection is placed on the front and sleeves, the areas most exposed to the cold. Taped seams prevent water from penetrating through the fabric joints. The zips, pockets, and inner pockets utilize YKK® AquaGuard® NATULON® technology, ensuring the waterproofing of the closures while incorporating a recyclability aspect of materials.

A RECCO® reflector is integrated into the jacket. This device allows mountain rescue teams to locate a person in case of an avalanche, using a radar detection system utilized in ski resorts.

Thus, the Chanavey jacket combines the expected functions of a ski piece: waterproofing, insulation, wind protection, and safety on the slopes. It can also be worn in the city during winter. Each element of its construction serves a specific purpose, from material selection to the positioning of insulation. This piece represents the technical approach of Moncler Grenoble, a brand dedicated to mountain activities, and confirms the house's commitment to creating clothing designed for both performance and everyday use.
