HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return.
It is impossible to exchange items, only refunds are possible. Items to be returned must be sent from the same address they were received.
To do this, please contact us by e-mail, specifying your order number at the following address: contact@mycompanero.com .

RETURN FEES

It is important to note that transport and customs costs will be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return.
Three options are possible:
  • myCompañero sends you a PayPal link to the return amount and provides you with the return label following payment.
  • myCompañero provides you with the return slip and the return costs will be deducted from your refund, in this case the return price will be the same as the shipping price.
  • You choose to ship the return using the carrier of your choice and will use the following mailing address:

PREPARE FOR YOUR RETURN

As soon as you have completed the online request, you will be able to prepare your package.
We recommend that you use the myCompañero box used for delivery (see Delivery section), if this is not possible, please use a sturdy box and make sure to secure the package using adhesive tape for example. In the event of damaged items, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your return.
Make sure that all items to be returned are in the same condition in which they were originally shipped and that they are packaged properly. Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with its original tags.
Please ensure that hosiery and underwear are returned unworn and in their original, unopened packaging if possible.
Shoes and accessories must be returned in the original brand box and inside the package.
The original box and/or dust bag are considered an integral part of the product and therefore they must not be damaged and cannot be used as the sole external packaging.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the event that an item is defective or damaged, contact our Customer Service immediately. We will ask you to provide us with detailed information about the defect you encountered and send us photos. Our team will review your request and find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

REFUND

To guarantee a refund, please ensure that your return complies with the instructions cited above. If this is the case, we will issue refunds using the same payment method chosen during purchase, excluding any shipping costs.
The refund is usually made after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
