Deliveries are shipped via DHL Express or DHL Standard. Orders shipped by myCompañero can be insured against accidental damage and theft until written confirmation of receipt of the package, for which you will have to pay a contribution of 1% of the value including tax of your order. This choice will be made when paying for your order. Please note that in the event of any damage or theft, reimbursement will only be guaranteed on the sole condition of subscription to the said insurance.
